Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.
- Combine granulated sugar with ground cinnamon in a small bowl to create a cinnamon sugar mix.
- Melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar; cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbling.
- Pour the caramel evenly over the arranged saltine crackers, ensuring an even distribution.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot caramel layer. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly across the caramel layer.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
- Allow to cool completely, then break into bite-sized pieces.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
