  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate (White chocolate can be swapped in.)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy.
