Description

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces tri-color coleslaw mix OR about 8 cups shredded cabbage & carrots
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
  2. Transfer the coleslaw mix to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and stir to combine.
  4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a creamier coleslaw, use up to 1 cup of mayonnaise.
