- 1 Onion Bagel
- 1 Sausage Patty
- 1 Slice of Cheese
- 2 Slices of Bacon
- 1 Fried Egg
- Fresh Pico de Gallo
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Set aside to drain.
- In the same skillet, brown the sausage patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Fry the egg in the skillet to your liking.
- Toast the onion bagel halves until golden and crunchy.
- Assemble the bagel by placing the sausage patty on the bottom half, topping it with cheese, bacon, and the fried egg.
- Add fresh pico de gallo on top and place the other half of the bagel on top.
- Serve immediately for the best experience.
