Description

A warm, comforting breakfast bagel featuring crispy bacon, juicy sausage, a fried egg, and fresh pico de gallo on a toasted onion bagel.


Ingredients

  • 1 Onion Bagel
  • 1 Sausage Patty
  • 1 Slice of Cheese
  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Fried Egg
  • Fresh Pico de Gallo

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Set aside to drain.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the sausage patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Fry the egg in the skillet to your liking.
  4. Toast the onion bagel halves until golden and crunchy.
  5. Assemble the bagel by placing the sausage patty on the bottom half, topping it with cheese, bacon, and the fried egg.
  6. Add fresh pico de gallo on top and place the other half of the bagel on top.
  7. Serve immediately for the best experience.
