- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (Or use fresh herbs to taste)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (Can use half-and-half for a lighter version)
- 1 cup Spinach (Or Bell Peppers, chopped)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta shells and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and sprinkle in Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Fold in cooked pasta shells, ensuring they are coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Italian seasoning.
