Ingredients

- 1 onion (chopped)
- Cherry tomatoes (a handful, sliced in half)
- 1/2 paprika (diced)
- Oregano (a sprinkle to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons of tomato paste
- 2 dl heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 dl cooking water
- Pasta of your choice
- Basil (for topping)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, salting the water.
- Sauté the chopped onion in a pan until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, diced paprika, oregano, and salt; cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste, heavy cream, and cooking water until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top.
