- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying or baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet for frying.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned; add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll a small amount of beef-cheese mixture in each tortilla; secure with toothpick if needed.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes or fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve warm with sour cream or salsa.
