- ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted red peppers (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped olives (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, roasted red peppers, salami, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), black pepper, and salt.
- Use a spatula or your hands to mix everything until fully combined.
- Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
- Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
- Before serving, uncover the log and roll it in a mixture of chopped parsley, red peppers, olives, and nuts.
- Press gently to help the toppings stick.
- Place the log on a serving platter with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies. Slice and serve.
