Description
All the flavors of Chicken Parm made extra easy with ground chicken. This Ground Chicken Parmesan is made in one pan and ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 jar marinara sauce (16 ounces, about 2 cups)
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (toasted)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Sauté, crumbling, until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add the marinara sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Top with toasted panko crumbs; garnish with fresh herbs and additional Parmesan cheese.
- Serve over spaghetti or pasta of your choice.
