Description

Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors that will instantly elevate your dinner routine. Tender chicken breasts are seared until golden, then baked with a creamy feta topping and drizzled with a luscious hot honey glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. In another bowl, combine feta and cream cheese until smooth and spreadable. Spread a layer of the feta mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is slightly browned.
  6. While the chicken bakes, prepare the hot honey glaze by whisking together honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat until warm.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over the baked chicken just before serving and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
