- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- In another bowl, combine feta and cream cheese until smooth and spreadable. Spread a layer of the feta mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side until lightly golden. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is slightly browned.
- While the chicken bakes, prepare the hot honey glaze by whisking together honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat until warm.
- Drizzle the glaze over the baked chicken just before serving and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
