Description

These 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Donuts are soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead gently on a floured surface until smooth and slightly tacky, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a log shape. Connect the ends to form a donut ring, pinching gently to seal.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a few minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or line with parchment paper.
  4. Place the donuts in the air fryer, leaving space between each. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even browning.
  5. Let the donuts cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, dipping in glaze, or brushing with melted butter and cinnamon sugar if desired.
