Description
These 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Donuts are soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead gently on a floured surface until smooth and slightly tacky, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a log shape. Connect the ends to form a donut ring, pinching gently to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a few minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil or line with parchment paper.
- Place the donuts in the air fryer, leaving space between each. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even browning.
- Let the donuts cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, dipping in glaze, or brushing with melted butter and cinnamon sugar if desired.
