- 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and honey (or maple syrup) until frothy.
- Pour the egg and honey mixture into the bowl with oats and chocolate chips. Stir until no dry oats remain.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small balls and place them on the sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
