Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbly (5-7 minutes).
  2. Sprinkle in taco seasoning with a splash of water; stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice and heat on low for 5 minutes.
  4. Off heat, mix in nacho cheese sauce, cheddar, and mozzarella until melty.
  5. Wrap filling in tortillas, folding in sides and rolling tightly.
  6. Melt butter or oil in the skillet, add burritos seam side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
