Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbly (5-7 minutes).
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning with a splash of water; stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice and heat on low for 5 minutes.
- Off heat, mix in nacho cheese sauce, cheddar, and mozzarella until melty.
- Wrap filling in tortillas, folding in sides and rolling tightly.
- Melt butter or oil in the skillet, add burritos seam side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
