Delicious and easy Korean BBQ steak rice bowls with marinated steak, fluffy rice, and colorful veggies topped with a spicy cream sauce.

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 1 cup vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the steak in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side. Let it rest for a few minutes.
- Stir-fry the veggies in the same skillet until tender-crisp.
- Combine heavy cream and gochujang in a small pot over low heat until well mixed.
- Assemble by placing rice in a bowl, topping it with sliced steak, stir-fried veggies, and drizzling the sauce over. Garnish with green onions.
