Maple Dijon Baked Salmon combines sweet maple syrup and tangy Dijon mustard for a deliciously easy meal that’s perfect for weeknights or dinner parties.

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Generously brush the glaze over each fillet, reserving some for later.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, brushing with reserved glaze halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
