Description

Maple Dijon Baked Salmon combines sweet maple syrup and tangy Dijon mustard for a deliciously easy meal that’s perfect for weeknights or dinner parties.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Generously brush the glaze over each fillet, reserving some for later.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, brushing with reserved glaze halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
