Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup Rice (white or brown)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (fresh or powdered)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add rice, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
