- 60G (APPROX. 2 OZ) REDUCED-FAT CHEESE, GRATED
- 1 TBSP PASSATA (ABOUT 15G)
- A FEW SLICES OF SALAMI (APPROX. 20G)
- MIXED HERBS
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, sprinkle half the grated cheese across the pan, and let it melt and slightly crisp.
- In a mixing bowl, crack the three eggs and whisk until smooth, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the melted cheese in the pan, cover, and cook until the bottom is firm and golden.
- Carefully flip the egg-cheese base using a spatula.
- Spread the passata on top, layer with slices of salami and remaining cheese, cover, and heat until cheese melts.
- Remove from pan, sprinkle with mixed herbs, and serve immediately.
