  • 1.5 cups Uncooked Rice
  • 16 oz Chicken Broth
  • 10 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Onions (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 3-quart casserole dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Pat the boneless pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and milk in the casserole dish until smooth.
  5. Stir in uncooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and minced garlic into the liquid mixture.
  6. Lay the seared pork chops on top of the rice mixture, pressing them down gently.
  7. Cover the casserole tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.
  8. After 50 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
