Ingredients

  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh thyme (for garnish)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Extra honey drizzle (optional)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend together the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Serve in a bowl, garnished with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and more black pepper if desired.
