- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh thyme (for garnish)
- Chopped walnuts (optional)
- Extra honey drizzle (optional)
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
- Crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend together the feta cheese and Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper; blend until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl, garnished with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, an extra drizzle of honey, and more black pepper if desired.
- Pair with crusty toasted bread or crackers.
