- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (Avocado oil is a great substitute.)
- 2 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning (Consider making a homemade mix.)
- 1 large Red Bell Pepper
- 1 large Green Bell Pepper
- 1 large Yellow Onion (Red onion can be a spicier alternative.)
- 1 Lime (Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to broil on low or set it to 450°F.
- Slice the boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Julienne the red and green bell peppers, and halve the onion.
- Combine the sliced chicken, peppers, and onion on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fajita seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas before serving.
