Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until the meat is browned and the vegetables are softened.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the meat mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
