Delicious and messy Sloppy Joes that are quick to prepare and a family favorite.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until the meat is browned and the vegetables are softened.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve the meat mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
