These Snickers Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with chopped Snickers bars in every bite.

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups chopped Snickers bars
- Optional: extra Snickers pieces for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers pieces, reserving a few for topping if desired.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press a few extra Snickers chunks on top of each dough ball if using.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft. Do not overbake.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
