  • 2 cups Tomatoes (fresh or canned diced)
  • 1 cup Green Bell Peppers (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for drizzling)
  • 1 lb Certified Gluten-Free Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Gluten-Free Greasing Agent (like a gluten-free cooking spray or butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the bottom with thinly sliced russet potatoes and drizzle olive oil over them.
  3. Spread the browned and crumbled lean ground beef over the potatoes.
  4. Add a layer of sliced onions evenly over the beef.
  5. Top with sliced fresh tomatoes or canned diced tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of chopped green bell peppers on top.
  7. Season each layer with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
