Ingredients
- For the Chicken: 2 pieces Chicken Breast (boneless and skinless)
- For the Noodles: 200 grams Noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
- For the Sauce: 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (or tamari for gluten-free), 2 tablespoons Honey, 4 cloves Garlic (freshly minced), 1 tablespoon Cornstarch (adjust for thickness)
- For Optional Vegetables: 1 cup Bell Peppers, 1 cup Broccoli (steamed), 1 cup Snap Peas, 1 cup Carrots (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic for the sauce.
