Description

A delicious twist on traditional pizza with bold tandoori flavors, perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying alone.


Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño (with seeds)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • 1/2 pound pizza dough (8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup tandoori marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup corn (rinsed & drained)
  • 68 sliced jalapeños
  • 12 tbsp olives (chopped)
  • 1 cup cheddar & gruyere cheese
  • 23 tbsp cilantro for garnish
  • Drizzle of Jalapeno Cream Sauce

Instructions

  1. Make the Jalapeno Cream Sauce: Blend jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and cumin until smooth.
  2. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  3. Roll the pizza dough into two 12-inch circles.
  4. Spread half of the marinara sauce onto each rolled-out dough.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup tandoori marinara sauce on each pizza.
  6. Add chopped red onions, bell pepper, corn, jalapeños, and olives on top.
  7. Top with cheddar and gruyere cheese.
  8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Drizzle with jalapeño cream sauce and garnish with cilantro before serving.
