Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Cake Mix (Options: yellow, white, or spice for different flavors.)
  • 23 medium Ripe Bananas (Choose bananas with brown spots for optimal flavor.)
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Options: dark, milk, or white chocolate for variations.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mixing bowl, fork, and muffin tin lined with cupcake liners or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the cake mix and chocolate chips to the mashed bananas, stirring thoroughly until a thick batter forms.
  4. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  5. Optionally sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top of each muffin.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
