- 2–3 medium Ripe Bananas (Choose bananas with brown spots for optimal flavor.)
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (Options: dark, milk, or white chocolate for variations.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mixing bowl, fork, and muffin tin lined with cupcake liners or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cake mix and chocolate chips to the mashed bananas, stirring thoroughly until a thick batter forms.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Optionally sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top of each muffin.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
