Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 2 cans of beans (black and kidney recommended)
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 can of tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, cilantro
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and chili seasoning.
- Stir the mixture to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir well and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
