  • 1/3 C. thin egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground white pepper

    simmer for about 35 minutes.
  2. Transfer the chicken breast into a bowl and keep aside to cool.
