  • 100g/4oz butter, melted
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 baguette, halved lengthways
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  • In a small bowl, combine the
    butter, garlic and oregano. Spread
    the mixture over the cut sides of the

    and place on an ungreased baking
    sheet. Grill under a high heat for
    3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Slice and serve hot.
