- 2 baguettes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 150ml/5 fl oz olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6. Cut the baguettes into
three lengthways, then halve each segment, creating 12 breadsticks.
Place the sticks on a baking tray. - Mix the garlic and oil in a small bowl, then spread over the breadsticks
using a pastry brush. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Serve
either hot or at room temperature
