  • 1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


1. Before you do anything set the oven to 450 F.
2. Get a large bowl: Stir in the lemon slices with garlic, rosemary, chicken and onion then
pour the oil all over them and stir them.
3. Season them with some salt and pepper then stir them again.
4. Lay the chicken pieces in a large roasting pan and cook them for 48 min. Allow them to
rest for 10 min then serve them warm.
