  • 450g/1lb haddock fillets
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns juice of 6 limes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 avocado
