Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flours with a pinch of salt and the almond meal.
  2. Stir in the coconut oil and water then add the vanilla extract.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour then form small dough balls. Arrange all of them on baking trays lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 10-15 minutes. Remove them from the oven and roll
    all of them in powdered sugar while still warm.
